The Philippine Marine Corps, or Hukbong Kawal Pandagat ng Pilipinas, is a naval amphibious force under the Philippine Navy's command as extension of its naval power in land through the conduct of amphibious and special operations missions.

The Recruitment Office of the Philippine Marine Corps opens applications for those interested to join the force.

Marine Officer Candidate

Qualifications:

  • At least 21 years old but not more than 26 years & 6 months old on the date of admission
  • Must be a Filipino citizen and of good moral character
  • Single, never been married and has no child of his/her own
  • Graduate of a 4-year Baccalaureate degree
  • At least 5’0 (60 inches)
  • Physically, Mentally and Psychological fit for military training.

Initial Requirements:

Note: All documents must be placed in one (1) original folder and four (4) photocopied folders with red tabbing.

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • College Diploma
  • Transcript of Records
  • 2×2 Picture (White Background)

Marine Basic Course (MBC)

Qualifications:

  • Must be a Filipino Citizen and of Good Moral character.
  • Must be 18-24 years old.
  • Unmarried and with no child to support.
  • At least 5’0 (60 inches)
  • Physically, Mentally and Psychological fit for military training.

Initial Requirements:

Note: All documents must be placed in one (1) original folder and four (4) photocopied folders with red tabbing.

  • PSA Birth Certificate
  • High School or K-12 Diploma
  • Transcript of Records if at least 72 units in college
  • TESDA Certificate (NCII)
  • 2x2 Picture with white background
