PMC gives honor to a senior Marine Officer

FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City- The Philippine Marine Corps gives honor to Col Joseph S Tobias PN(M), in a Retirement Ceremony on January 26, 2024, held at the Ceremonial Hall, Headquarters Philippine Marine Corps.

Col Tobias served his military service for more than 31 years wherein he held various key positions. Prior retirement, Col Tobias served as the Chief of Marine Staff for Reservists and Retirees Affairs, MC9.
