The Philippine Marine Corps (PMC) hosted the Senior Enlisted Leaders Symposium, a key event under Exercise KAMANDAG 10-2026, at Acero Hall, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown, Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City, on 16 June 2026.

The symposium brought together Sergeants Major, Warrant Officers, and senior non-commissioned officers from participating forces, with PMC Sergeants Major in operational areas joining virtually. First Chief Master Sergeant Feliciano M. Lazo PA, the 24th AFP Sergeant Major, served as Guest of Honor and Speaker during the closing ceremony, emphasizing the vital role of enlisted leaders in maintaining the competence, discipline, and readiness of the force.

Discussions focused on leadership and personnel development, maritime security and territorial defense, operational lessons learned, and mentorship and professional growth.

The activity strengthened professional ties, enhanced interoperability, and reinforced defense cooperation among partner forces in support of a peaceful, stable, and free Indo-Pacific region.
