Brigadier General Francisco Domingo R. Fernandez PN(M), Chief of the Command Center, Armed Forces of the Philippines, rendered a retirement visit to the Headquarters, Philippine Marine Corps, on 08 September 2026. He was warmly received by Major General Vicente MAP Blanco III PN(M), Commandant of the Philippine Marine Corps, with whom he shared reflections on his military journey and years of dedicated service.

Major General Blanco conveyed the Corps’ appreciation for Brigadier General Fernandez’s contributions to the organization and the Nation and extended his best wishes as the retiring general prepares to conclude his active military service. The visit honored BGen Fernandez’s commitment, professionalism, and faithful fulfillment of duty while reflecting the enduring brotherhood and camaraderie among Marines bonds that remain strong beyond active service.
