Major General Edwin E. Amadar PN(M), Vice Commander, Philippine Navy; Major General Doroteo Jose M. Jalandoni PN(M), Commander, Reserve Command, Philippine Navy; and, Brigadier General Francisco Domingo R. Fernandez PN(M), Chief, AFP Command Center were accorded full military honors in fitting recognition of their invaluable service to the AFP and to the Nation by the Cadet Corps Armed Forces of the Philippines (CCAFP) at the Philippine Military Academy on

September 19, 2026.

The program included the tour of PMA facilities, presentation of commemorative mementos and awards, and a fellowship lunch with the cadets.

All three Marine Officers are proud members of PMA "Sambisig" Class of 1991, retiring after 39 years of honorable service. They leave a legacy of dedication, integrity, and selfless leadership, an enduring standard of honor and distinction for the entire AFP.⁩
