FORT BONIFACIO, Taguig City-The Philippine Marine Corps (PMC), through the Marine Corps Center for Leadership Excellence (MCCLE), successfully conducted the 2-Day Beachhead Bootcamp Training for Roadmap Managers on 24-25 April 2025 at the Fleet-Marine BOQ, Marine Barracks Rudiardo Brown.

The training was spearheaded and facilitated by MCCLE, led by its Director Maj Cherryl Tindog PN(M)(GSC), and held under the supervision of the Office of the Assistant Chief of Marine Staff for Plans and Programs, MC5.

Attended by Roadmap Managers from HPMC Staff Offices and Marine Units aboard MBRB and in operational areas via a hybrid set-up, the activity featured extensive lectures and hands-on workshops focusing on the PMC Beachhead Management and Execution System.

This capacity-building initiative is part of the Corps’ ongoing strategic effort to empower and equip Roadmap Managers as transition agents and champions of the PMC’s institutional transformation, driving the Command’s shared vision of becoming “The Most Ready Force.”

The Closing Ceremony was graced by the presence of Colonel Enstein Calaoa Jr PN(M)(GSC), Chief of Marine Staff and the PMC Roadmap Officer, as the Guest of Honor and Speaker—ably represented by Colonel Ashley Nastor PN(M)(GSC), Assistant Chief of Marine Staff for Plans and Programs.

With unity of purpose and a renewed commitment to excellence, the Philippine Marine Corps continues to forge ahead in its transformation journey.
